Carl Pennington, Jr.
Director

Carl has extensive experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.  After graduating from Washington State University, he began his career in sales with Nestle USA in Northern California.  Through his dealings at Nestle, Carl ultimately met the owner and operator of Carey, Ahrens & Raynsford, which was Northern California’s largest food brokerage operation.  Carl was recruited by the firm as a Senior Vice President, and assumed responsibility for the company’s grocery operation, the largest operating unit of the business.  In 1995, Carl sold his ownership and left Carey, Ahrens & Raynsford to join Impact Sales as an owner in the business.  Carl currently serves as Impact Sales Incorporated’s CEO.
